Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at camieroseuk@outlook.com or via the Shopify contact form. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Where the fault is ours, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover any return postage where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
This includes items made to order, customised text, names, dates, or bespoke designs.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
If there is an issue caused by a printing or production error, we will of course work with you to make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
This does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
